Yes, you may opt for internal sliding to shift from one branch to another but it is subjected to seat availability it means that if there are vacant seats in the preferred branch only then you may get seat in that particular branch. And you can change your branch in the first year itself after that you may not change your branch. And if you want to claim fee reimbursement then you are not eligible for fee reimbursement if you opt for internal sliding.
