Can I change from B.A(ENGLISH) to B.A(PSYCHOLOGY) in my second year??

No, you can't change a subject in second year of BA , but you can change your honours subject from one of your core subject in 3rd year of BA.
Furthermore, if you have backlogs in your graduation years, then it will make you more difficult in changing subjects in second year.
