can i change General to general EWS category during Jossa choice filling. I have EWS proof certificate.

Hey there!
Category can't be changed during the JoSAA counselling. The details that you have filled in the Application process is final, and there should be consistency regarding that. You could have changed it during the application correction window.
However, if you have the EWS certificate, then maybe you should at least once contact the concerned authority regarding that maybe they could do something.
