Hello dear aspirant.
Yes you can surely get admission in any branch of BTech if you completed your diploma in any other branch.
One more thing is that it is advise to pursue your same branch which is in diploma.
But in case you want to change your branch then you can.

Hi,
Yes you can change the branch after diploma but the chances are low and you will get admission depending upon the vacancy. It also depends on streams.
