Hi There,

It depends on which semester you are studying in.

Till third sem, the syllabus of both the branches is almost the same. So you can do it before you enter the fourth sem. Afterwards it's not possible.

Therethere are other rules and regulations and it differs from University to University so for that please contact your admin office of college.
