Can I change my branch to another university.i am civil engineering in gtu,I want computer in DDU.

Firstly, you can change branches within colleges but you can't change branches from one college to another. Secondly, if you want you can study the other branch in any other college only by taking fresh admission. You have to cancel your admission in the present colege & then only you can take admission in other college.
