You don't need to worry about it . Due to lockdown many dates would be extended as they would be able to know about your plight . Moreover they want EWS Certificate issued after April 1 2020 . And everyone know that lockdown is till 14th April and May be extended . So you don't need to worry . And moreover if you don't have EWS Certificate , then they will automatically consider you as General Category. So don't worry . Be quick when lockdown ends which might take time .
