can I change my category from general to EWS at the time of jossa counseling by providing certificate of EWS

Hello,
If someone gets a seat in any round in EWS category , then you have to tell him to cancel your alloted seat and change your category from EWS to Gen. In further round, you will get seat in open category ( if your CRL allows that). Don't be panic.
