Can I change my category from OBC to General in Neet pg couselling before the counseling starts? I was not able to get OBC certificate. Is there any option to change category now?

See, you cannot change your category once the results are out. Before the examination is held, you get a correction window in case you want to change your category. If you wanted to change it, you could've used that window. But since the results are already out and counseling process is going to start soon, you cannot change your category in the form.
