Can i change my choice filling preference after round 2 for sliding round as there will be no round 3 this time?

Dear Candidate, please specify the name of the counselling about which you wish to know about as the rules for all the counselling are different and without knowing the name of the counselling it is not possible to inform you about the exact details.
