Can i change my college in 2 nd year from anna university affilated college to sastra university?

Dear Aspirant,
You can't change the College affiliated to a different University in second year ,as change in University means Change in syllabus.
In most cases the the colleges affiliated to the the same University does not allow change in College even after they are having the same syllabus
