can i change my degree college after studying for 1year in a vtu college to another vtu college or autonomous college?

Firstly I want you to conform that you can change your degree But some colleges the 1st Semester was common for all the persons and few colleges it was not if you want change your Department you need start studying from first year onwards. Because there is no other option to change other Department after first year.
