yes. of course you can change branch after one year. as the first year syllabus is same for all branches. but you need to have the required cgpa or dgpa to change from one branch to another. most of the university need first year cgpa of 8.5 to change branch. you can inquire about it from the college where you have started studying. so work hard and study well.
