I hope you are doing well !
Yes ,you can change your college during 3rd semester of 2nd year there is no big issue but at the time change your college you must follow some instruction like
- You have valid reason for changing your college
- Then after you simple write a application to your batch coordinator ,course coordinator with principal .
- Then after pay your fees till date or 3rd semester or may be 2nd it is depends upon college policy then collect your all certificate like 10,12th with TC from your administrator office .
- Then you have to follow some paper works according to your college .
But before change your college you must enquiry from those college where you wants to take admission because mostly every college not allowed the student during the middle of the year or half of the course .
