    Haii jayesh!!  And yahh.. You can change your college that your interested in after the completion of first year of your degree. But some colleges might ask you to pay the remaining semister's fee to give back your original certificates. Anyways you try convince current college management, if they don't charge you it's happy. I hope you to choose correct path further. Good luck buddy!!
