Greetings.
NO, the centre for JEE main examination cannot be changed. The JEE main instruction guidelines clearly state that the centre for examination will not be changed.

Don't worry about that, you can correct your information in JEE Mains application from 8th October 2018 to 14th October 2018. So, relax and and give your best in the exam.
