can i change my mother tongue from kannada to tulu in my transfer certificate?

Hey student,
No, you can't change your mother tongue as mother tongue is a language which you know properly and speak on daily basis as an example we can speak in English and hindi but mother tongue can be only one of them as it doesn't matter how many languages you know but the language you speak on daily basis matters
