no, you cannot make corrections on your mother's name in application form.you're allowed to make corrections on these details only,
candidate's name
photo
category
paper- either paper1 or 2
aadhar number
communication address
contact number.
so, you cannot change your mother's name.but you can explain at the counselling time.
