Hello,
Every entrance test application process has a period of time for correcting the application form of a candidate. You should keep on checking the official website as every entrance test organising authority will publish the dates when the candidates can edit the application form and again submit it. At the time of correction you can edit all your personal information and fields required for the examination. While editing the apllication form, please fill it sincerely as there will be no more chance for editing the application form again.
