can I change my options for 2nd round of counseling and add some colleages in Comedk 2021???

Yes. You can change or edit your preferences in round 2.
Basically in COMEDK counselling 3 rounds is there to allotment of colleges.
Eligibility to round 2 and round 3 will will depend on decision made on allotment during round 1 and round 2.
