Yes you can. CBSE will provide a window of about 5 days from March 12 to 16, 2018, to make any corrections in NEET application form 2018. Only some fields like the choice of language of question paper, exam cities chosen, aadhar number, name, etc. will not be open to corrections. Residential details, however, will be open to corrections.
