Any Board Like CBSE, ICSE Etc suggest the student not to change his/her school in class 12th as well as in class 10th. If any individual is changing their school then he/she will have to follow strict guidelines by the board. But personally I would suggest don't go for any change in schooling in 10th and 12th because it can cause lot of issues as we know if we are changing school during that time period in 12th we are having practical exams and all and any internal numbers are given to an individual that number may also hamper due to change of school. So i would recommend don't go for it until it's too much important or you are facing any kind of emergency , if anything emergency is their then talk to your school teacher first then go to your school principal and then tell him/her about your problem and then do whatever is good for you

Any board suggest the students that they don't change their school in class 10th and class 12th.  If you have to change your school then you have to follow strict guidelines. But I'll suggest you if no big problem occurs then don't change your school in 12th class. Because registation already done in class 11th, so changing school in 12th it's really a headache. You can try to complete your 11th and 12th from same school. Now it's totally your choice. If you have some trouble then you can talk to your school teacher. And follow the instructions.

Generally, schools doesn't open admission for students for class 10th and 12th due to board. Since, the schools usually do board registration in the previous class, so there become no point of admitting new students. However, this isn't a rule set by the institution. There can be schools giving admission to students even in class 12th due to valid reasons.
