You cannot change the seat allotment to any other institute by yourself through convener quota. To get seat in better choice of Institute you must participate in subsequent rounds, if it is being conducted. As of now there is no notification regarding second phase counselling for AP PGECET. You may participate in second phase if it is conducted. If you join the current allotted Institute and if you get seat in second phase Counselling then the previous seat allotment will gets cancelled automatically . If you do not get seat in any institute in second phase counselling then the previous seat will be remained.
