can i change my stream from MCVC in 11th to science in 12th??

You can and also you can't. If you are still studying in 11th standard, you can change from one stream to another but once you reach 12th standard, you cannot change your stream. I advise you to contact your school authorities for further details. It can be that you may have to restart your class to change your stream.
