In most colleges you cannot change your stream from biology to physics as they are not that related. In my college, Central University, once you have taken admission in a subject of life science you cannot switch to pure science. However there might be colleges which can allow you to switch but I have not heard about any such incidence in Science field. There are a few engineering colleges which allows changing stream from civil to mechanical but thpse are limited to engineering colleges.
