Can i Change obc into general during counselling

Hello Nishith,
The counselling time is just to check if all the documents which you mentioned during registration is true or false and to allot you a seat in a specific college based on the rank which you might have got.And the chance of changing your category is not possible.If you have a really good rank then yes you can surely give up your reservation and this is there according to the rules and hat you can give up your reservation during the counselling,but this doesn't necessarily mean that your category is changed.Hope you have understood what I meant.Thank You
