Nothing comes easy ,you have to put in efforts, you may have aspirations for government jobs, but in no way you should neglect your studies, see when you are in college your primary focus should only be on faring well in your academics to the best of your ability, and you can apply for government jobs even after completion of graduation degree, and if your prepare even in a gradual manner, you will do well in government jobs, you just have to balance both in case you want to apply in final year of graduation for these jobs, but don't neglect your studies at all.
