If you check the topics in the jee syllabus, you will find that most the topics have already been covered in your state board syllabus. You can mark the topics which are not present in your board syllabus to set aside the list of extra topics that you need to study. Clear concepts from the state board books and go through the extra topics in the ncert textbooks.

Actually  the syllabus of Maharashtra Board is a little bit different from Jee mains syllabus ,basically jee mains follows the NCERT syllabus of class 11th and 12th for physics chemistry and maths.

So, for the preparation of JEE Mains examination Maharashtra Board textbooks are not much preferable.

Also go through previous year jee mains chapter wise question book for each of physics , chemistry and Mathematics . Solving previous year questions will let you know the type and difficulty level of questions etc, will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them .
