Can I clear NEET in one year if i do not know anything about 11th and 12th and start preparing from now oonwards?

You've to work really hard to make that possible. 11th and 12th are basic syllabus to cover. You should start studying and prepare a strong base. NEET is one of those examinations where a lot of students all over the country prepare and appear for. Its quite tough to prepare everything and score a rank in an year but nothing is impossible. Do your best without thinking too hard about the results. You can do everything if you really want to.
