can i convert my nationality to Indian to nri for neet 2021 counselling in round 2 with out in round 1

Hope you are doing well

No,you can't change your nationality in round 2 from Indian to NRI for NEET counselling 2021 if you opted Indian in round 1.As when you select your category as Indian then after that in all further round counselling you are only eligible for the Indian nationality counselling procedure,as there is also no such law made for this during mid in counselling procedure.
