Yes you can crack it with a good rank provided that you have done your preparation sincerely and know the subjects really well.
Now since you do not have much time, I would suggest you to practice previous years papers. practice as many papers as possible, This helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better. It will aslo give you an idea what kind of questions are asked from which topics.

Another important thing is that don’t study anything new at the last minute and this can create confusions.
NEVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED . Get proper sleep, eat healthy food and keep your self hydrated. Ensure that you do not stress your self too much and give enough time to relax and take breaks. Always remember that if you are stressed out then take a break as it would not bring out any good results when you put yourself in more stress.
Finally, on the day of the exam relax and don’t get tensed. Keep your mind clear and give the exam. You will surely be able to do well.
