Dear Sir / Ma'm, you can always prepare for NEET while pursuing a degree course in some other subject. It is generally advised that if you want to prepare for NEET or any such competitive examination, it is better to focus on it completely. If you crack the NEET UG 2020, you can always drop out of your college and study in whichever college you get in the NEET counselling.
