See if you are starting from scratch then it is very hard to secure any good government medical college however you can qualify NEET UG but merely qualifying NEET UG does not ensure your admission in any college. So if you have studied some part of syllabus then you can proceed to read this
Now what should be the strategy for NEET UG 2022, let's discuss it in some points so that you can good at only those topics that you have completed from NEET UG syllabus :-
***** Go through the complete list of topics that you have read and check out which topics out of them are not still clear to you, list down those topics and start focusing on those topics.
***** Be thorough with your notes that you have been provided throughout your preparation or the notes that you have made by yourself.
***** In every week try to solve at least one previous year question paper and one sample paper of NEET UG.
***** After solving such papers do not go for next one until and unless you clear all your doubts of previous papers.

It is tough to gurantee you if you can fetch a seat in government college without knowing your score and rank in neet examination.however based on your ability you say that you prepared a little but not much.do not worry about that.just start your preparation.its never too late.make a schedule.talk to your lecturers.ask for which books to follow and maintain consistency.with right determinations and efforts you can acheive anything.give as many mocks as possible and understand and anaylise where you are doing mistakes in your preparation and try to rectify it.practice previous years questions without fail. to the following link for better understanding and tips for neet examination:
