Yes , you can very well directly apply and attend state counselling without registering for All India Quota . I see you are from Tamilnadu, so as of now no official dates have been declared regarding the counselling process , but once the date is announced , you need to got to the respective official website and apply online. After applying , the print out copy of your application along with the required documents , should be sent to The Selection Committee by post. The registration fee for common candidates is 500 rupees and for Ex-servicemen/sport/PH candidates it will be 100 rupees . This amount will be non-refundable .
