Yes you can do. According to cut off of jadavpur university 2020, in home state quota you can get admission for Bpharm. Closing rank was 4488 for obc A. Hence you have a chance. Last year cutoff of general category was 1135 and obc was 4868. Your total fees will be 9600 rupees, for 4 years of Bpharm. Good luck.
