Yes you can do BBA after 12th if you are from Arts background. To get admission in Delhi in government colleges, you are supposed to get good percentage in 12th. There are certain colleges which conduct entrance exam for giving admission to the candidates.
If you are looking for admission in government college, the fees will be around 20,000- 25,000 anually. On the contrary if you are looking for private colleges it would be 1,00,000 and above.
