Indeed, you can do both recognition in EEE and BCA in a similar school gave your school offers both distance and standard mode training . You can't do both the course in ordinary mode, one should be in distance mode.

This is on the grounds that,

UGC has given its endorsement that one can go for chasing after two courses simultaneously, the main condition is that one can't seek after both these courses in standard mode i.e for both the courses to be legitimate, one course can be in normal mode and other course should be in distance mode from Open University .

One can pick two unique schools for chasing after the two distinct degrees, that is one in normal mode and the other in open/distance mode or one can seek after the two courses from a similar establishment or school gave it offers both standard and distance instruction.

So , you can do recognition in ordinary mode and BCA in a distance mode , you can seek after both from the school assuming that it offers both distance and customary training

Yes, you can do both diploma in EEE & BCA in the same college provided your college offers both distance & regular mode education . You cannot do both the course in regular mode, one needs to be in distance mode.

This is because,

UGC has given its approval that one can go for pursuing two courses at the same time, the only condition is that one cannot pursue both these courses in regular mode i.e for both the courses to be legal, one  course can be in regular mode and other course must be in distance mode from Open University .

One can choose two different colleges for pursuing the two different degrees, that is one in regular mode and the other in open/ distance mode or one can pursue the two courses from the same institution or college provided it offers both regular and distance education.

So , you can do diploma in regular mode and BCA  in a distance mode , you can pursue both from the college if it offers both distance & regular education
