You cannot do BCA and MCA in 4 years, as, to complete BCA, you will need 3 years, and for MCA, you will need 2 additional years. Even if you go for Integrated BCA+MCA, it will take no less than 5 years to complete the course. So, you can go for either BCA and then get a job, or go for both BCA and MCA and get a job in a good company with a better salary package.
