Yes, You can pursue BCA even if you have completed 12th with Arts stream & do not have Maths as a subject.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in BCA course is that the candidate must have passed 12th boards with any stream from any recognized institute & the minimum age limit should be 17 years.

Yes you can do Bachelor of Computer Application without Maths and without having Science.

But there are some colleges which asks for Science with Maths background so it also which you are looking for.

The eligibility criteria for BCA say that the candidate must have done 10+2 with any stream with English as one of the subject.

It is not possible to do BCA without maths in 12th. Mathematics is a compulsory subject in class 12th to be eligible for admission into BCA course if you are biology group or cs group

But there are some of the colleges that gives admissions into BCA course to students with commerce stream without maths . You should find the list of such colleges and apply for them on their respective websites
