The basic eligibility criteria for BCA is that you must pass the 10+2 with atleast 50% marks in any subjects. So there are no such oblogations regarding the subject combination.
Thus you are eligible for the course.
BCA is a three year degree course about Computer Application. The course is quite good and you can get good jobs as programmers, Analyst etc in different IT companies and MNCs. The course gives you enough exposure to learn. So if you have no background kn CS then also you will not face any problems pursuing the course.

Yes, you can surely go for pursuing Bachelors in Computer Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Mathematics and Computer Science is not marked as compulsory for pursuing BCA course. Candidates who have passed class 12 in any stream with 50% marks are eligible for the BCA course.
