Yes definitely you can do BCA even if you are not from Mathematics background in 10+2 because for doing BCA there is no any necessity of Mathematics subject in 10+2.
Basic eligibility criteria of BCA says that :-
******* Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.
******* The minimum age limit of the candidate should be 17 years.
Also note that you should check the eligibility criteria of BCA of that particular institution in which you are going to take admission because it might vary from institute to institute and I have only mentioned the common eligibility criteria. Some institutions take admission through entrance examinations as well so check that as well.

Yes ,you can do BCA even if you don't have maths in your class 12th .
This is because ,
It is not mandatory to have maths in class 12th in order to be eligible for BCA
But yes,
In some colleges maths can be a mandatory subject in order to be eligible
For your reference,
