Yes you can there may one or two colleges which might have barrier with regards to the subjects that you have studied in your plus 2. But most of the colleges are only concerned with your marks in plus 2. Just a word of caution, since you are switching from science to commerce, the percentage cut off for you to get into a B.com course will be comparatively higher as compared to the students who have studied commerce in their plus 2.
