Yes you can get BCom(hons) in accounting and finance in any college if you fulfill the required cut off and eligibility criteria of that particular college. Your subjects don't really matter in most college and university requirements. You can be from any stream to pursue BCom(hons) for most colleges.
Some specific colleges are there which demand maths in you class 11 and 12. Like in Delhi University, you should have studied maths in class 11 and 12 mandatorily.
Also, an aggregate of 45% or more in English/Hindi and combination of best three among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Business
Studies/ Commerce for you to pursue B.Com in Delhi University.
Usually it is 50-60% marks that is required in most of the other colleges. If you want to join the top colleges of the country then you need to fulfill their cut off requirements. Some colleges even take entrance exam for selection of candidates deserving of admission to BCom(hons).
