Of course you can pursue B.Ed to pursue your dream career in teaching after completion of your B.Tech degree.
You can also undertake M.Tech which can also help you to be a professor and get into teaching as well.

We understand your concern.Yes you can do B.ed after BTech. ... You can go for B.ed after your B.Tech. Eligibility criteria for B.ed in most of the top universities is pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech. or B.E. with specialization in Science and Mathematics, rest it may vary with the university you choose.
