sorry but if you fail in 12th physics exam then you can't go further unless you clear your 12th exam , after clearing 12th you may get any private college for bsc in computer science depends on your marks.

because for getting admission in various colleges you must have your 12th passing marksheet , then only you will get admission.

You will have no objection in getting admission into the colleges unless you have cleared your backlogs. Colleges accepting direct admissions may allot a seat with backlog but most of the college's are alloting admission via counselings. So, clearing backlogs and then applying for counselings will be a right decision. You can give a try if you want to get a seat in the same college if your college do offers graduation. They will allot you a seat with no much problem
