Mathematics is a general elective subject for bachelor's in physical science. There is a option only to choose between chemistry and computer science along with the physical science.
Mathematics is common in bsc physical science in both of the subject combination.

Yes you can do BSc Physical Sciences with Chemistry without Mathematics, in BSc Physical Sciences you can take Combination of B.Sc Chemistry with Physics or B.Sc Chemistry with Computer Sciences, there are 4 major subjects in BSc Physical Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Sciences. You have to take a combination of 2 Subjects with Chemistry major. Subject combination also depends on the availability in the Colleges or Universities, So before taking Admission in the Course, you should visit the College and ask for Course Structure and Available Subject Combination.
If you do BSc Honours in Chemistry then you can do it without mathematics just taking Physics as your Subject Combination.
