The option to choose a BTech course after completing the diploma in that same particular college depends on whether your college allows that particular facility or not because this is the individual decision of college administration.

But, if we talk about the general condition then in order to get admission into B tech course if one of the same college you need to appear for the entrance examination as other students appear.
