I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar will start registrations for Punjab B.Tech 2019 tentatively from the second week of May. The Punjab B.Tech 2019 participating institutes will offer admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes based on the JEE Main 2019 ranks. So without JEE mains you can't. Still you can check with college by going there personally for the management quota seats.
