Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in aeronautical engineering after completing your B.Tech from mechanical engineering.
You'll need to qualify for GATE ( government aptitude test in Engineering). Minimum qualification for admission in M.Tech in aerospace engineering is 60% aggregate in your BE/B.Tech and minimum of 60% in class 10 and 12.
The preferred undergraduate courses are B.Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ Mech/ EEE/CSE/ ECE/ EIE.
