hello mani,
yes,you can do b.tech after diploma.as a diploma holder you're having 2 choices
1.you can start your b.tech engineering from direct second year-lateral entry
2.otherwise you can start from a scratch(first year)-as a fresher
the lateral or fresher entry is depend on the institution in which you wanna take admission.some may conduct separate university entrance exam or some colleges will give based on the merit or state/central entrance exam for lateral entry.so all depends on the institution.

Thanks Periyanayaki But,Before I Finished 10th & I Can't Study 12th.But I Need to study b.tech(information technology) because now I'm working in abroad in the it networking department thats while I will raise the question.

yes!i know the diploma holder wont completed their +2 board.that why i'm saying that there are 2 ways.you can take direct lateral entry or first year as a fresher,but it depends on your desired college.some wont allow the diploma holders to take admission in direct second year,for those college you need to prepare and clear some entrances.let me know the institution details in which you wanna take admission then only i can give you the better details.
